Indian students who are applying at University of Maryland , must submit proof of English proficiency. The submission will not be deemed complete until they obtain the results. Any one of these English proficiency tests is accepted:

International students whose first language is not English must submit the proof of English Language Proficiency. We have mentioned below the English Language test with minimum score accepted by the university:

·      TOEFL PBT – 500

·      TOEFL iBT – 79

·      TOEFL CBT – 213  

·      IELTS – 6.0

·      Duolingo – 100

English language exam scores is one of the major Merrimack College's admission requirement and international students must submit it during the time of application. However, Merrimack does provide alternatives as it accepts SAT and ACT scores as proof of proficiency in the langauge. If students can fulfill the minimum score requirements listed below, they do not need to submit an IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/Duolingo score.

Emory University demands English language proficiency scores from all international students as an admission requirement. At Emory, if English is not a candidate's primary language, then they are required show that they’re able to succeed academically in a rigorous English-speaking classroom. Also, candidates should be fluent in written and spoken English at the time they apply. Emory University accepts major English language scores like: IELTS,  TOEFL and Duolingo and given below are the minimum score requirements:

International students who wish to study MBA at Colorado State University must submit the proof of English language proficiency. International students who are willing to get admission to Portsmouth University graduate program will meet the below requirements:

• Academic – Must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Work Experience – Must have at least two years of experience in relevant profile
• English Language Requirements – Submit the score of English Language test as a proof of English Language proficiency: IELTS (6.5 to 7.0), TOEFL (overall 91), PTE (61), and Duolingo (120 or above)
• Additional Test Score – Submit the score of GMAT/GRE (if asked)
• Interview - A successful individual or group interview (for specific courses)
