• Must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics, and any one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Technical Vocational.
• Minimum aggregate marks of 50% in PCM and Technical Vocational subjects.

TMU admission to BTech course is based on JEE Main or UPCET score. Candidates are also shorlisted based on their merit in the last qualifying exam for BTech. Additionally, candidates must also pass Class 12 with Physics, Maths & Chemistry (or Computer Science) with a minimum of 50% aggregate and passing marks in English to apply for TMU BTech course.
