VITM Indore is not same as SIU. SIU is a decade old deemed to be university where colleges are more than 25 to 30 years old and reputed.
SUAS Indore is of the same Symbiosis society which owns SIU, but it is a JV with a German institute. It had its first batch last year which'll graduate in 2020. Only then we will see.

I thing this is not easy to find that college with that rank, But NIT Karnataka is best for AI and ML.

From a placement perspective, BHU is better than JNU for pursuing B.Tech. The JNU offers B.Tech courses to NDA and INA cadets. For other students, it has integrated B.Tech. And M.Tech. Courses in three branches. Because the majority of these courses are new, there isn't much data to support their placement.
