$y = 2 x^{2} + x + 2 . . . . (i)$

$\frac{d y}{d x} = 4 x + 1$

Slope of normal

$- \frac{d x}{d y} = - \frac{1}{4 x + 1}$

Equation of PQ y - β = $- \frac{1}{4 α + 1} (x - α)$

It passes (6, 4)

$\Rightarrow (4 - β) (4 α + 1) = - (6 - α)$

$4 α^{3} + 3 α^{2} - 3 α - 3 = 0$

$Δ G = Δ H - T Δ S$

$∴ Δ$ S increases then (Ve) value of $Δ G$ increases and it is easy to reduce. Entropy of liquid is greater than solid. On melting, entropy increases and $Δ G$ becomes more negative.
