Unfortunately, you will not get admission in any of the colleges in Bangalore with JEE Mains. In Karnataka, you have to appear for government CET and COMEDK for admission in private institutions. Prepare well if you want admission in top colleges.

Of course, if you are strong in studies, you can indeed start studies for JEE Advanced. However, I would advise you to take mock tests to enable you to know your status. Only after this, you can start other studies.

Your rank is quite low. It depends on lots of other factors to get admission in college of your liking. But, you have scored well in boards. What happened?
Best wishes.

NIT, Warangal is one of the oldest in the country. It's high on agenda of many students and hence with your ranking, I feel only luck can get you a seat there.

Firstly and most importantly, do not panic. There is still enough time available. Assign time for each subject everyday. Assign time for exercise and yoga everyday. Think of only JEE Mains presently. You can think of JEE Advanced later.
Best wishes.
