The interviews for PhD programme was conducted from Dec 12 to Dec 18. IIIT Delhi PhD (Winter) final result is expected to be out in Dec 26. The results release notification will be made available on the IIIT Delhi official website.

Admission to the IIIT Delhi PhD programmes is merit and entrance-based. Shortlisted candidates have to go through an interview round for final selection. The accepted entrance exams are GATE/ UGC NET/CSIR NET. Based on the candidates' scores in the accepted exam, the candidates are shortlisted. For some of the PhD programmes, aspirants are shortlisted for the interview based on aggregate in the last qualifying examination.
