First class (or equivalent) in all the preceding degrees (post-graduation, etc.)

The duration of IIM Trichy DPM/PhD course is five-years. The maximum duration by which a candidate must complete the course is seven years. In the first eighteen months of the course, candidates have to complete a coursework, which includes study of general management subjects, advanced courses in the respective areas of specialisation, fundamental courses for management research, and programmes in research methodologies. Furthermore, aspirants have to earn at least a minimum of 54 credits.

It is offered in eight specialisations, including Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Stratergy, etc. IIM Trichy PhD applications are accepted via online mode. Rai University PhD admission procedure begins with the display of the number of vacant seat in the respective area, once the list is out candidates need to fill the application form. Completed application form has to be submitted with attested testimonials and application fees of INR 1500. Further, the university conducts a common entrance test, personal interview & viva voce where the candidates have to personally appear. After successfully clearing entrance test and interview (on merit basis), candidates will be informed.

Rai University does offer PhD programme in a part time mode. The PhD programme comes under Center for Research & Development (CRD). The eligibility criteria for the PhD qualifications declared equivalent to the master’s degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body, with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed. Further, the Ph.D. Programme covers a minimum duration of three (3) years, including coursework, and a maximum duration of six (6) years from the date of admission to the programme.

IIM Udaipur PhD eligibility criteria includes a Master’s Degree in any discipline, with at least 55% aggregate and Bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification with at least 50% aggregate (minimum three years of bachelor’s level education after the completion of higher secondary schooling). (or) A professional qualification (completed) such as CA (ICAI), ICWA, CS with a Bachelor's degree (or) A four year/eight semester Bachelor's degree with 6.5 CGPA or equivalent.

No, CAT is not mandatory for admission to PhD/FPM in IIM Lucknow. It is one of the accepted examinations. Indian Institute of Management Lucknow admit candidates to FPM course with a valid score of GATE/GRE/GMAT or JRF/SRF (UGC/CSIR/ICAR) exams. Further, apart from this, it is also necessary that each aspirant fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements. Candidates shortlisted based on exam score are also required to go through an interview round.

Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow PhD/FPM is a four-year and six months long programme. The first two years are for course work followed by last two years and six months for research and thesis preparation. Moreover, at the end of first year, candidates are also required to go through a summer placement/research assignment under the advice/guidance of their academic advisor.
