 Final selection to PhD is based on the overall merit at master’s degree and performance in entrance exam conducted by University of Mumbai, followed by performance in PI. However, who have qualified GATE/NET/SET/ CSIR (JRF) are exempted from taking the entrance examination.

Yes, candidates UGC CSIR qualification are exempted from PhD entrance test. However, they have to sit for an interview round conducted by the University.

Aspirants with a Master’s degree in Law or equivalent with a minimum of 55% aggregate are eligible to apply for the PhD programme provided they qualify AILET.

Candidates seeking admission to the NMIMS School of Business Management PhD course must have passed a Master's degree or a professional degree declared equivalent to the Master’s degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body, with a minimum aggregate of 55% or its equivalent. Executive PhD (Working Executives /Teaching faculty) will require at least 5 years of full-time work experience. Candidates appearing or awaiting for final year result are not eligible to apply.

IIFT Delhi admit candidates to PhD courses based on UGC-NET/ JRF scores. Candidates shortlisted based on exam score need to participate in the personal interview round. The final selection for PhD at IIFT Delhi is done based on overall performance in the exam and the interview round. Selected candidates can further confirm their seats by paying the required fee amount.
