Step 1: Chandigarh University BTech Application Process 2025

Chandigarh University admissions to all the UG and integrated programmes are open now. Candidates can fill out the Chandigarh University application form 2024 online as well as offline modes with an application fee of INR 1,000. Check out the step-by-step online application process mentioned below:

Step 1: Register on the official website and create the credentials to log in to the application form.

Step 2: Log in using the credentials created in the previous step, fill in the complete application form with all the required details. Followed by it, pay the application fee of INR 1,000 as per the shortlisted course and then submit the form.

Documents required at the time of admission:

• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheet
• UG mark sheet (if applicable)
• PG mark sheet (if applicable)
• Date of birth certificate
• Passport-size photograph
• Transfer certificate
• Character certificate

The CUCET result will be intimated to the students through e-mail and will also be displayed on (https://cucet.cuchd.in) in candidates' login accounts. Selected students are required to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats.

Step 2: Selection Rounds

For admission to the MBA at Chandigarh University, candidates are required to appear for the CUCET entrance exam on the scheduled date. Candidates can check out the CUCET exam pattern and qualify for the exam with a valid score. The candidates will be shortlisted based on their past academic records and scores obtained in the CUCET exam.

Step 3: Chandigarh University Final Admission

The selected candidates can check their names on the final result list. After the confirmation of admission, candidates will be required to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats within a given deadline. The CU BTech tuition fee ranges from INR 5.7 lakh to INR 14 lakh. This fee is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

Chandigarh University offers a wide range of merit and need-based scholarships to students of undergraduate and postgraduate levels. For the same, CU has allocated INR 170 crore for the academic year 2024-25. Additionally, there are a number of scholarships available for reserved category students, wards of defence personnel and early bird admission scholarships along with teaching assistantship in the form of stipend offered at CU.
