Chandigarh University BTech course is offered across 20+ specialisations. These are Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc. Chandigarh University BTech admissions are entirely entrance-based. The students get to select a wide variety of BTech specialisations, which are popularly offered in association with IBM and TCS.
Chandigarh University conducts a university-level entrance test, CUCET, for BTech admission. CU also accepts JEE Main scores for scholarship purposes. Chandigarh University BTech (Lateral Entry) & B.E. + M.E. (Integrated) Admission 2025
Chandigarh University offers direct admission to the second year of BTech through Lateral Entry. Along with that, the university also offers a dual degree of BE + ME for five years. Interested candidates can check out the eligibility criteria below for both courses:
- BTech (LE): Class 12 with 50% aggregate and a 3-year Diploma in relevant Engineering/Technology branch or BSc with 50% aggregate.
- BE + ME: Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate, with Physics and Math as compulsory subjects, plus one of Chemistry/Biology/Biotech/CS.
