The BITSAT scores are accepted only by two institutions in India. They are BITS-Pilani and its other campuses in Goa and Hyderabad and it is accepted by its international campus in Dubai.
The other university which accepts BITSAT scores is NIIT University.

These exams are meant for only those who want to do B.Tech courses after completing their 12th board exams. So only if you have completed the 12th standard, you can write these exams.
And your board scores must be 75% and the admission is based on the scores that you get in the respective exams.
All the best!

As per your score in BITSAT, your chances are nil for getting any branches in any of the three campuses of BITS-Pilani, so look forward to other colleges.

In case of Goa and Hyderabad, it is enough if you score 350 to get mechanical and CS. These are from my side, but no one can predict the exact cut off marks until they are released officially by the BITS admin.
The following link gives you the cut-off marks for the year 2016.

All the best.
