If you go through various university sites you will find that September intake is the most popular. January intake is limited. Not many universities have a January intake. Fall or September intake is mostly encouraged as it has the maximum number of scholarship opportunities, internship opportunities and so on. You will find none or limited in January intake. The wise option is to opt a September intake.

Please mention if you are a bachelor degree or high school student to help me guide you better. In any case, a first class is expected.

Canada is made up of provinces and territories. It will literally make little sense if you say 'South Canada'. If you look at a map however, places like Ottawa, Toronto Winnipeg, Alberta, and British Columbia are towards the southern part. University of Toronto, University of Winnipeg, University of Ottawa, University of British Columbia, University of Regina and University of Saskatchewan are some of the best universities located in these regions.
Best of luck.

You must have heard about the rigid work permits for international students in the UK. Keeping the work permit point of view, Canada is a better option.

You must first plan about your future and decide accordingly. If you are planning for a Ph.D. you must start writing to the department of the universities directly about your interest in research along with your research topic. You may either do masters and then go for Ph.D. or straightaway go for a Ph.D. Either way, it will lead to academic/research career. As an international student, you must give the IELTS or TOEFL. GRE may be required for the top universities.
Please free to write back for any more details.
Good luck.

By reading about your profile and the grades you have secured it is unlikely that you will face any problem. Your health issue was something out of your control and universities understand as long as they are genuine problems and as long as you can justify your stand. I cannot guarantee admission in a top university, so you must apply with a strong statement of purpose and letters of recommendation. I will suggest you to apply with positivism around.
Best of luck for your future.

Either one is appropriate. It will depend on your profile, admission requirement of the university, feasibility and your long term plan. A master degree from Canada is more valuable though. You will also be eligible to apply for a work permit and gain work experience post your studies.
Since, the B.Pharma in India is a four year programme, you will be eligible to apply for an M.Pharma in Canada. Canadian universities require 4 year UG degree for admission consideration. Scholarship options are also higher for PG studies. Check university websites and learn about the admission requirements, fees, etc. Narrow down your choice b
