Yes you can go for BBA in Canada. There are number of good colleges and universities which provide BBA. You must decide in which province you want to peruse your education in order to easily provide you the list.

You can apply for Canadian colleges and universities. But make sure you do not apply for SPP colleges. There is a high risk of visa rejection under SPP category if you have gap of more than 2 years after 12th standard.

Admission criteria varies. General criteria is that you must complete 10+2 in science and having pursued medical related subjects such as Biology. Being an international student, you must also take IELTS or TOEFL. Generally, a first class is expected. You must check individual universities to know the entry requirements of separate colleges. You can find university and country information on Shiksha website itself under Study Abroad.

If you are interested in cooking, you can opt for a hotel management / hospitality and hotel administration program instead of a short term cookery course. Hotel Management programs do have culinary courses included in the curriculum. It is important that you follow you interests and passion. Most importantly, you have a clear vision of what you plan to do in future.

If you have heard about the UK work permit issues, you will know that Canada as of now is a better option. International students are granted work permits of 2-3 years and also have options to apply for PR. You must however have necessary credentials and skills to get a job.

Co-op programs combines work experience with academic status. So, it is a good option to gain work experience while studying.

International students must submit the applications through UBC's online application form. Applicants must have completed 12th and must submit SAT scores, TOEFL or IELTS scores, transcripts and letters of references and statement of purpose.
Only applicants with an interim average of 84% or higher are eligible to be considered for admission at UBC.
