You can opt for M.Pharm or short term programmes in pharmacy related fields such as clinical pharmacy, community pharmacy, pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, and retail pharmacy and so on. With your grades you may look for a Master's degree in a good university and it is also best to stick to the related field. Choose wisely keeping your career path in mind.
You will find good study options in your field at University of Alberta, University of Manitoba, Dalhousie University, Seneca College, Sheridan College, Humber College to name a few.
Hope this helps.

Admission procedure is competitive for dental hygiene courses in Canada. Applicants must first complete the two year diploma or certificate program or associate's degree program in dental hygiene from an institution accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. As an international student you must also submit IELTS or TOEFL score.
Some of the most popular options include Vancouver Island University, Cambrian College, Dalhousie University and College of New Caledonia. Please check the college websites for further admission details before applying and also write to the university for any assistance. Hope this helps.

Considering the details you have mentioned about your academics, PG Diploma would be a good option for studies as admissions in a degree program at Masters Level would be a little difficult. Reason being most of the Canadian Universities look for academic scores equivalent to 70% or above as per Indian percentage system of evaluation and some work experience too. The stay back option is good both in Canada after studies as well as you can very well apply jobs in UAE too it is very much acceptable.
Hope that helps!
Thanks,

To pursue a Masters from Canadian universities, applicants must have a four years bachelor's degree with high academic standing. Your degree must have been obtained from an affiliated and recognized University/Institute. Certain programs such as:
1. Graduate Diploma or PG Diploma programs.
Do consider the three years bachelor degree. Many students complete a one year PG diploma course in India or complete first year of a master degree in India and then apply for masters. Weigh all pros and cons and decide accordingly.
Hope this helps.

Going by your GRE score it will be wise if you choose a country not requiring a GRE score. Hence, Australia, NZ and UK would be ideal for you and you will also have plenty of options for your desired area of study. Also these countries are not as expensive as US and Canada.
As an international student you will also be eligible to study and work for 2-3 years in Australia and NZ. You may also try applying to a few Canadian Universities, which also allows post study work permit but check the admission requirements before applying.
Among US or Australia is a better option but the final decision is always yours.
Good Luck!
