GMAT and IELTS are the bases for the admission. In case you try some low ranked university only then GMAT becomes optional. IELTS will still stay. For many programs universities accept gre also. You can try gre in case GMAT seems difficult

Indian MBA from places like isb hyderabad or iim or fms n such institutes can't be compared with MBA from Canada as these are equally good if not better than MBA from top Canadian universities with lesser fee. However if not these than Canada is recommended as admission in Canada is easier than admission in India

You can but since you have already completed Masters, you may go for PhD too. Canada offers scholarships also to PhD students. Or you may try to get certificate courses of one year in teaching and save time

Yes you are eligible but late to apply to. Usually students need to apply by Jan for September intake. Try to look for January intake now. Or add work experience of a few months

Hi Vishal, are you inquiring about Bachelors degree course? If yes, you will find a number of Bachelor of Dental Hygiene or Bachelor or Oral Health courses. The requirements are different so you must specify which country you are planning. Some good options are Canada, Australia and UK. In Canada, before enrolling into a Bachelor's degree you must complete a Diploma in Dental Hygiene or pre-dental associate degree course. You must also take IELTS or TOEFL before admissions.
