Hi, these two countries are regarded as affordable . Best differs with individual. You must shortlist the countries as per your own budget and requirements. If you like cold climate opt for Canada. Similarly count other factors like program of study, location ,fees etc.

You can't get admission in a high ranked university but you can easily find a good course and apply for it in an average university. Look for a university in not very populated area

Dear Kenneth, few of the best universities I know of would be University of Miami, Columbia University, University of California-Los Angeles and University of Pennsylvania and University of Illinois at Chicago in USA. In Canada check the nursing schools of McGill University, University of Western, University of Alberta and University of Toronto. There are many more to the list. You must be giving the GRE to be admitted in US. Please visit the websites for admission requirements and other information.
Best Wishes

Hi, plan out a career path, it will help you decide what to study. With a BBA degree you can opt for PG Diploma in Management, International Business, Human Resources, Hospitality and Tourism Management etc. But I doubt you will be eligible to apply to the universities as they don't accept three years degree in Canada. You can look out options in colleges. Find options in Australia in New Zealand too. For colleges you must decide what to study firstly, refer to QS rankings, Times Higher Education, US News Global Rankings Table etc for the best universities. Best of luck
