Yes, CSIR NET is accepted for Ph.D. candidates at Christ University's School of Law. The PhD entrance test is not required of candidates who have been selected for the UGC-CSIR NET, JRF, SLET, GATE, or M.Phil programs. They still have to take the skill exam, though.
A minimum of 55% in the postgraduate programme is required to be eligible for a doctorate programme at Christ University.
Christ University's PhD admissions procedure consists of the following steps:
- showing up for the admission exam for the PhD
- Making an interview appearance
- completing the skill evaluation

Yes you can do the FPM Doctoral programme of IIM after MA Public Administration. The eligibility criteria of FPM of IIM Indore are given below.
Eligibility: Master degree in any discipline with atleast 60% aggregate marks. And 60% marks in 10th and 12th standard.
Acceptable test scores: CAT, GRE, GMAT, Gate or JRF.

Selection to PhD at Allahabad University is offered on the basis of one among CRET/ UGC NET/ CSIR NET/ GATE exams In addition to these entrances, students must have completed their UG and PG degrees in the relevant stream with at least 55% aggregate. The CRET exam conducted for PhD admission consists of two papers of a total of 300 marks. This exam is conducted for 43 subjects with 734 seats out of which 316 seats are department/centres of the university and the remaining 418 seats are for the constituent colleges of the university.
