If you cancel your PTE exam when there are less than 7 days left for your PTE test day then, you will not get any refund of your PTE exam fees submitted at the time of booking. This is the only condition for getting absolutely nothing refunded on your PTE exam cancellation.
However, if you get aware of your unavailability for the test anytime earlier, say 13-8 days before the test day then, you may still get a 50% refund of your PTE test booking amount, i.e. INR 9,000.

Test takers are required to highlight the need of special requirements at the time of registering for the test. Upon registration, they will be asked to fill out a form in which the test taker has to define the reason of their request.
Pearson's Customer Support Team will then carefully review your request and contact you. Remember that this process should be completed at least 6 weeks before your due test date.
