That is based on your interest solely. I would suggest NSIT CSE as IIT Bhubaneswar is a new IIT and textile at IIT Delhi would not get that many placements in the sector. If you want a well-established college culture and willing to discover your interests, go for IIT Delhi. But know this, that you will have to make your own way, be it coding or any other job.

No, you can not enroll for any B.tech program at IIT Delhi in any way other way. The eligibility criteria is to qualify JEE mains and advance.

First of all congratulation for getting a decent rank in JEE Advanced.
Now you should decide which branch you want to pursue. If you are interested in civil then you should surely go for IITD. If interested in metallurgical branch, then go for IITB and if still wants to do mechanical, go for Roorkee.

These numbers are never revealed. And also, this number keeps varying year by year. Sometimes it can be high and sometimes it can be low depending on how many students were able to grab those consult/tech jobs which usually pays higher than textile core jobs.

Hello Varun,
In IIT Delhi's engineering physics programme, focus on nanotechnology and photonics, both emerging technologies. They use equipment like LASERs and create thin films, with a thickness of ~100 nanometers. They study physics, in both, its purest form, as well as when applied, and take on the universe, trying to harness the secrets it holds for the betterment of human lives. It is more of a theoretical and research based branch, if you have a keen interest in physics, you can surely go for it.
Hope this helps! All the best!

Hello Deepanshu Khatri,
The Institute offers Merit-cum-Means scholarships to under-graduate students in engineering and technology. These are permissible to about 25% of students. The present value of Merit-cum-Means scholarship is Rs. 300 per month for general students and the recipient is exempted from paying tuition fee. The 4-year B.Tech., 5-year Dual-degree, and 5-year Integrated M.Tech. students are eligible to receive Merit-cum- Means scholarship at the time of joining the Institute. The criterion of merit for the first year is All India Rank (AIR) in the JEE. To read more click on the link below

Hi,
Mechanical engineering from IIT-Delhi is a dream of many JEE aspirants.
For the same, you need to get a rank under top 500 if you are a general category student.
IIT-Delhi is one of the top 5 IITs.

Hi,
You got a good rank. I am a bit sure that at this rank, you will get admission in IIT-Delhi. But can't predict which branch you will get. You can use Shiksha JEE Advanced predictor tool to know the branches available.
