For 2023, the cut-off was 10232 for General category candidates in All India quota for BTech in Civil Engineering in IIT BHU, Varanasi - Indian Institute of Technology. IIT BHU does provide combined programmes of BTech and M.Tech in many specialisation. IIT Varanasi has released the category-wise cutoffs for various BTech specialisations. For BTech admissions, JEE Advanced is conducted widely by IITs. A JEE Advanced rank of 3000 under OBC category can be considered as the decent rank, however, this rank is insufficient to secure BTech in CSE programme in 2024.
