Review of IIT BHU Pharmaceutical Engineering.
Placements: Around 65-75% of students get placed. Around 18-20 LPA is the highest package, the average package is 8-9 LPA, and the lowest package is 4-5 LPA. Top recruiters are from very great and big firms, I think so the culture at companies is very good and well maintained, companies like Cipla, Dr Reddy's, Sun Pharma, etc.
Infrastructure: As you know, IIT is one of the biggest institutions in the world, and to be specific, IIT BHU is very old and well settled in this field, so it takes care of students and knows the problems of students with this much experience. The hostels are very clean, the lecture halls have AC, and the hostels have Wi-Fi, and it's high-speed.
Faculty: The faculty at IIT BHU is very qualified, as it's one of the biggest academic institutions in the world. Most of the teachers/professors have PhDs in their respective fields. The curriculum is also very up to date, and it is aligned with the needs of fields and companies.

Excellent facilities and strong placement record. Dissatisfied with open campus.
Placements: Pharmaceutical's average package is 23.6lpa with 100% placed students. The highest package in pharmaceutical engineering is 64lpa and the lowest is 12 LPA. Some went to do MS in pharmaceutical. Internship season was also good many of senior in second, third and fourth year are doing there internship.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities provided by college is awesome. We have well furnished labs with the latest technology equipments. If you to do research in pharmaceutical then you can contact and do. Professors are very helpful they will always help you in any problem. Now coming to wi-fi speed it is also good you can get easily 2Gps to 1Gps depending on you LAN cable. Our library have a good capacity about 2000-1500 student can sit at time while library is open from 8:00AM and closes at 11:00AM. Now coming to hostel they are good in first year you need share your room with three people, you get aryabhatta hostel in first year and Dg-2 in second year and so on. Mess food is good. You get variety of food. Its taste is far better then other IITs and canteens are open 24/7. You can get variety of things in canteen and it is present in hostel only. An ambulance is always for any help medical facilites are they well qualified doctors. In oye hostel there are three lawn. One is badminton court, second is a ground which contain grass and third contain and long tree. Beside this we also have an common room which contain a large Tv and many indoor games can played there. Canteen is in front of badminton court and other two on other side.
Faculty: Compare to other branch out teachers are very chill. They not much bother about attendance. They are very helpful always try to help student. They are highly qualified. Some of our professors are from MIT, IIT itself and many big institute of the world. The course curriculum is very relevant. By studying this course you can do foreign research and many more. Exam are little bit difficult but it comes what you have learned in class if regularly goes classes then you can easily get 8+ cgp. Only student who do not study fails otherwise everyone passes in exams. About 95%-97%passes and 70% can get 7+ cgp easily.

Overall one of the best IIT. One major problem is that it is an open campus.
Placements: Till now in 2022-23 batch about 20 out of 30 B.Tech students and about 8 out of 15 odd students are placed. Placements are going on still. The highest in my branch - INR 55 LPA CTC. The lowest package was - INR 13 LPA CTC. Roles offered- Sde, Data analyst, Data scientist. Top companies in my branch - Microsoft, Navi, EXL, Hilabs, Axis Bank, Wells Fargo, PayPal, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, Labs, Class, Library are well maintained. Labs have all the best instruments required in our field. You will experience a good study environment. I can say food provided in mess is one of the best foods. There is one health centre and a hospital for medical facility. Sports lover will have no complains of any equipment or any coach.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and highly knowledgeable. Some of the professors are top scientists of their field. Teaching quality is above average. Some of the professors are not able to explain topics well but they have full knowledge. Course curriculum is standard engineering curriculum. Exams are moderate to hard. Grading system is relative.
Other: This course is a new course. But believe it is engineering upgraded course of pharma. It will give you a chance to innovate and engineer a drug or other pharma formulation. Events and fest are fabulous.

Our college is the best and provides good facilities.
Placements: The placement scenario is the best compared to other branches like ceramic, biomedical, and metallurgical. Pharmaceutical engineering students got placed this year with the highest salary package of 55 LPA. The average salary package is better. Internships are very good.
Infrastructure: Our courses are well-structured. All professors are well-educated and friendly. Their teaching is very good. The Wi-Fi speed is 72 Mbps. Wi-Fi is available everywhere on campus. Our college has a well-maintained air-conditioned reading hall with a library. All facilities are very good.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated. Most of them are foreign return and research scholars. There are 30 professors in our college of which 7 are from the pharmaceutical engineering department. Exams are difficult but not lengthy.

I am very happy with placements, infrastructure, and college life.
Placements: In our college, almost 95% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 60 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Microsoft, Google, Rakuten, Pfizer, Mankind, etc., visit our campus.
Infrastructure: Our college has an excellent infrastructure, including numerous labs and the best facilities available. The food quality is not as expected and it needs to improve a lot. The mess and canteen facilities are good. There is a special health care center for students.
Faculty: Our teachers are excellent. They are highly interactive and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is helpful. It makes students industry-ready. Students aspiring for jobs in other domains will have enough time to educate themselves.

It is good in terms of academics, but I am dissatisfied with the infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: There are 56 students in the final year, and all got placed in several MNC companies. The highest salary package offered is 25.4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Companies like Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, etc., visited our campus for placements. R&D roles are majorly offered to the students. Almost 100% of the students from our course got an internship in core medical companies.
Infrastructure: All labs and classrooms in the department are fully equipped. Wi-Fi advanced laboratories are established in the department. The quality of the hostels is good. The quality of the food depends on the season. There are 2 canteens in our hostels. Medical facilities are provided by the college. There is a students health care centre in the institute
Faculty: Professors in our college are well qualified. They did their masters in abroad countries. They are very friendly with the students. The course curriculum is relevant. There is no problem with the course curriculum.
Other: For an academic year, about 3 events are organised at our college. One is Spardha Asia's largest sports fest, and other is kashiyatra the annual cultural fest. Technex is the annual technical fest of our college. The campus is fully crowded because it is sharing the campus with BHU. It has well-established connectivity with the city. There is a good encouragement for extracurricular activities like dance, club, music club, etc.

Infrastructure, campus life and placements are really good.
Placements: Placements are quite decent for the top branches like CS, ECE and EE. MNCs have visited our college for placements drive. The average salary package offered is 17 LPA. The average salary package offered for the rest of the branches is 8 LPA to 12 LPA. Almost 70% of the students of our batch got placed, and rest of them opted for higher education or preparing for CAT or IAS.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is one of the best things of IIT (BHU). With a campus of about 100 years old, you will get to feel that the college is of the ancient period. The buildings are well-maintained. Our campus is one of the tourist attractions of Varanasi. An 80-year-old Vishwanath temple is located within the campus.
Faculty: Faculty members here are quite experienced and cooperative. The course curriculum is one thing that needs to change, and it has changed a lot in the last four years of my stay. So there is no need to worry about the curriculum. You will get help from faculty members regarding any domain be it academic or non-academic.
Other: Every year, our college organises 3 major fests along with many departmental fests. The three major fests include sports fest named Spardha, technical fest named Technex and cultural fest named Kashiyatra. All the above events are quite popular in their respective domains, and students from all over India participate in these events.

All information about IITBHU (Varanasi).
Placements: The placements are really good at IITBHU. Around 70 percent students got placed during placement season in my department. The highest salary offered was 96LPA internationally and domestically, the highest offer was 39LPA. The average salary offered was 22 LPA, and the lowest salary offered was 10 LPA. The top recruiting companies from my course are Google, Amazon, Rakuten, Goldman Sachs, etc. Around 50 to 60 percent of student got internship in various companies.
Infrastructure: The facilities are very good at the college. But the infrastructure is not that good. Buildings are very old because they were established in 1919. The department has good buildings. There is Wi-Fi availability on the whole campus. Also, labs and classrooms are nice. The library has all kinds of books and novels with AC. The hostel quality is amazing. As a first-year student, I got the Aryabhata hostel, which has four blocks, including two canteens inside the hostel. There are also medical facilities available.
Faculty: The teachers at IITBHU are really amazing. They are really helpful; they solve every doubt. They have a great deal of knowledge in their respective domains. The course curriculum is really relevant. Yes, the course is sufficient to make students ready for industry. The semester exams are not that tough; any student can pass the exam by studying just one day before the exam. The pass percentage of the exam varies as per the subject.
Other: The course is good; it really have a good scope but not in India. But abroad, there is a lot of money and scope. The best thing about course is that it is not that tough; we have sufficient time for other things like coding, etc. Things can be improved by adding more lab works and reducing class work. There are a lot of events that happen in the college. The whole campus is surrounded by some market and temples as well. There are also scholarships for students. Overall, college is amazing.
