Yes, Amrita School of Engineering accepts JEE scores for admission to B.Tech programs. In fact, they consider scores from both JEE Main and JEE Advanced. However, the weightage given to each score varies depending on the programme and admission quota:

Admission Quota:

  • All India Quota (AIQ): 35% of seats are reserved for candidates from all over India based on their JEE Main rank.
  • Management Quota: 15% of seats are reserved for candidates who have qualified for JEE Advanced or through the Amrita Entrance Examination Engineering (AEEE).

For admission to B.Tech programs at Centurion University of Technology and Management (CUTM), candidates are evaluated based on their performance in the Centurion University Entrance Exam (CUEE), JEE Main, or WBJEE, depending on the program. Eligibility criteria include passing the 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (45% for SC/ST), with admission determined by the respective entrance exam score. The specific JEE Main score required for CUTM B.Tech admission is not specified, and cutoff marks may vary, necessitating a careful review of program-specific requirements.

No, ICFAI University Dehradun does not accept JEE score for B.Tech admissions. They have their own entrance exam called ICFAI Technical Entrance Test (ICET) for B.Tech admission. Additionally, they also consider Class 12th marks (PCM) for shortlisting candidates for the second round of admissions.

Here's a summary of the admission process for B.Tech at ICFAI University Dehradun:

  • Eligibility: Pass Class 12th with Physics,  Chemistry,  and Mathematics from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.
  • Selection process:
    • Round 1: Submit online application with Class 12th marks and appear for ICET. Sh

Applicants must have appeared for JEE (Main) in 2023. The total percentile in this exam is mandatory for application to this mode of admission.
For candidates who attempt JEE Main exam more than once in 2023 (as there are 2 sessions), the best percentile of the attempts as reported by NTA will be considered. Ties among applicants in the total percentile are resolved by considering first the Maths, then the Physics and then the Chemistry percentiles from the corresponding examination before ranking all applicants.
Any ties at the subjects level among applicants will be handled by assigning the same rank to the applicants who will then be

The selection process for B.Tech at College of Engineering actually use JEE Main scores.

  • Entrance Exam: Confirmations for 80% of the B.Tech seats depend on the Maharashtra Normal Entry Test (MHT CET), led by the State Administration of Maharashtra. The excess 20% of seats are filled through JEE Fundamental scores.
  • Eligibility Criteria: Competitors probably passed Class twelfth with Physical science, and Math as necessary subjects alongside at least 45% imprints (40% for SC/ST/PWD).

The B.Tech admission process at DDU GKP hinges on the candidate's performance in the JEE Main examination. Admission decisions are influenced by the All India Rank achieved in Paper-I of JEE Main 2023, an examination administered by the National Testing Agency under the Government of India. Candidates aiming for admission to the B.Tech programme at DDU GKP, especially those appearing for JEE Main 2023, are required to apply separately through the Institute's online registration process. A JEE Main score exceeding 200 is deemed favorable for securing admission into premier NITs. Meanwhile, scores ranging between 150-200 can be sufficien

Alright, let's simplify the B.Tech admission process:

  • Score Needed in JEE Main: Generally, a solid score of 180+ is the aim for top colleges.

  • Minimum JEE Main Percentile: 60% is the minimum percentile required.

  • Additional Criteria:

    • Class 12 Aggregate: There's a minimum aggregate score requirement in class 12th.
    • NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs: For these top institutes, a minimum of 75% marks in class 12 (65% for SC/ST) is a must, or being in the top 20 percentile.
  • Good JEE Main Score: A score around 250+ is considered good for snagging a spot in top institutes.
