Absolutely good college, RGIPT - an evolving institute comparable to IITs.

Placements: My batch has 60 students, and total students in the fresher batch are 550. The average package of my branch is 1,00,000, while the highest and the lowest packages were 35,00,000 and 4,00,000 respectively. Top recruiting companies in my course were Apple, Amazon, Infosys, TCS, etc. Around 20 to 30 students got internships at the end of their 2nd and 3rd years.

Infrastructure: Facilities available are good rooms, good LAN and Wi-Fi connection, and good classrooms with projectors. Two-seater rooms are provided with one table, one chair, one cot, and one almirah to every student. There is a health centre, cafeteria, and canteen inside the college. Mess food is good, with a gala dinner held once in a month.

Faculty: The teachers and faculty members are good qualified. Most of them are graduates of IITs, top international institutes, or they have done their Ph.D. or postdoc from top-tier research universities. The course curriculum is relevant and inspired by the New Education Policy, streamlined with the job needs of today.

Other: I chose B.Tech in MnC because mathematics combined with computing is an evolving field. I have interest in quant and fintech, so this field will give me knowledge, and I will pursue it passionate.

Satisfied with the faculty infrastructure, facilities etc.

Placements: Nearly 70% of students are placed. Till now our course placement hasn't been done. As our course was started in the year 2021 so for the department of MnC, students will be placed in the year 2025. Many students from our course got opportunities for summer internships in various IITs and various MNC companies like Skidos, Halliburton, Caterpillar etc. Our course has mixed CS + mathematical subjects, you will also get to learn here financial engineering in the 4th semester which is the best part.

Infrastructure: Mostly our course has labs for c, python, Matlab, and Autocad in the first year and DSA, graphic, python, and database management labs in the second year. Talking about the classrooms they are excellent, you will feel as if you are studying in a top IIT class. Coming to the library which opens at 9 am in the morning and closes nearly at midnight. You can peacefully complete all your work and develop skills in this library which is fully air-conditioned and the classrooms are too. The food here is average in the mess with the self-service option, also we have juice point inside the mess. Both outdoor and indoor games are available like cricket ground, volleyball court, basketball, badminton, table tennis, carrom, etc. Our college has a health centre where you can get cured when ill, the doctor is available for a particular time in the health centre. Timings are initiated in the mail.

Faculty: All teachers are helpful, all have completed their PhD from various IITs and the teaching quality is better than any private colleges. The course curriculum is relevant to our streams and makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are tough here. However, the easiness and toughness level of the paper is maintained during our mid-semester and end-semester examinations. You need to work smartly here and work hard for semester exams. At least 10 days before the end semester exams you need to be serious about your studies.

Other: I chose this branch as I had a great interest in technology and analytical skills. Also, our branch is in great demand presently. We have two fests annually that is KALTARANG the cultural fest and ENERGIA the sports fest. Great artists and renowned sportspersons visit our college during our fests. Coding contests regularly happen along with sports events. Scholarships are provided to the eligible students and are initiated via email to the students regularly.

The Farzi and average IIT.

Placements: Placements are basic, not on top, but the students are placed in PhonePe, TCS, Infosys, etc. The highest package is 20 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Around 50 percent of students get on-campus placement. Around 50 percent of students got internships. Students are placed in senior and junior positions as well.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi quality is good, which is available 24 hours, and library access is for 15 hours. Classroom infrastructure is basic. The canteen is not so good, but the mess food is good. Sports facilities are also good, and the college gives free-of-cost medical treatment. Labs are basic, not so advanced. Wi-Fi speed is not so fast.

Faculty: Faculty is good. Teacher assistants are also good, and lab assistants are also good. Professors are not skilled. Semester exams are easy, and the study material provided to students is good. The course content is not industry-ready, and it is very difficult to relate the course content to industry demand.

Placements: Almost all of the students at the college get placed every year. The highest package offered is 48 lacs. The average package of the campus stood at 10.3 lacs, which is very good for a college. Top companies like Microsoft and Google visit the campus for placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is too good. The campus has 24-hour Wi-Fi access, so you can get online quickly. The classrooms are maintained very cleanly. There is also a library in the college where you can study what you want. The quality of the food available in the mess is also good. There are also medical facilities, sports and games are available on campus.

Faculty: All the faculty on campus are very highly qualified, and you can learn a lot from them. There is enough faculty available on campus to teach the students. The course curriculum on campus makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are very difficult.

Other: There are two fests every year and DJ nights are conducted once a month.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: In our college, the technical branches are new, so the work is still ongoing, which means that the work in placements is going on and our seniors are doing decent but in the case of the petroleum and chemical branches, the placements are very good. In fact, on par with the IITs, the average package in these branches is INR 12 to 13 lacs, which is a very good sign even for the technical branches. The companies are mainly PSUs that come to recruit the students.

Infrastructure: Talking about infrastructure, our college is very good. There are a lot of facilities when it comes to infrastructure, like libraries, a night canteen and a 24*7 Wi-Fi connection across the campus. Now, talking about the hostel and mess facilities, they are overwhelming. The quality is very good and students are provided with many nutrients-rich foods along with the everyday menu. Now, about the hostel, the working staff is always ready to help you; they maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene.

Faculty: The teachers and faculty members are highly qualified and helpful; they are all from prestigious institutes from all over the world. Talking about the teaching quality, they will always help you and will give their 100 percent to explain the concepts very efficiently. Now about the exams the college conducts mid- and end-semester exams and along with them, quizzes and assignments are provided to us on a regular basis to help us understand the things better.

Other: I have been selected for B.Tech. and I am confident that technical mathematics and computing for my course are going to be very helpful and useful in the future, looking at the developments in the fields of AI and machine learning.
