As a first-year student, till now everything seems right at the college.

Placements: Like I am in my 1st year right now, so I only know that a lot of seniors have been placed right now. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Adobe, Infosys, HCL, Tech Mahindra, and Samsung. Some students have also secured offers from companies like Amazon. But I think they might be off campus.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are very good, and all of them have ACs. Like some colleges, this one is very old but the classrooms are quite good. Wi-Fi works properly in both colleges and hostels. There are many books in the library so you can go there and read books. Like every college, there in hostels sometimes water issue in the morning. But it is not like that, water is not coming, water comes sometimes due to the motors not turning on, this problem occurs.

Faculty: Like I am a first-year student and till now all the teachers I have met have been very helpful. Teachers are highly qualified. Semester exams are not very hard, just study whatever is in the syllabus and get good marks. In my class, almost everyone except one or two passed with good marks.

Other: There are many councils and clubs at the college, so events like these keep happening. Like just now in March, TVARAN'25 which is a national-level sports fest is organised in our college. Now, many restaurants, malls, etc., have opened near the college.

Nice culture and full of greenery. Decent placements and a decent infrastructure.

Placements: I am pursuing B.Tech from KNIT Sultanpur in information technology branch. The only drawback is that IT has no department. B.Tech course has eight semesters having one even and one odd semester each year. A decent amount percentage of students are placed here.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available in every hostel and academic block. No IT department, labs are good to go, and a library is also available. Lab do not have proper equipments although it can be given a good rating due to faculty's behaviour in the labs. Classrooms are well furnished.

Faculty: Faculty members are good with great knowledge. They are highly qualified from renowned institutions so they are reliable. Curriculum is up to date according to the university which is Abdul Kalam Technical University. Exams are conducted within the college as it is an autonomous institute.

The glimpse of Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology.

Placements: About 80% of students got placed. The highest package offered is 21 LPA by IT companies. The lowest package is 3.5 LPA by TCS. In CS and IT departments, the placement ratio is 100% as everyone gets placed in these departments. Roles offered are mostly in the IT sector.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are okay. We get Wi-Fi in the hostel, which is fast but not so consistent, but it is quite good for watching videos on YouTube until the video is live. We will get cool water in the hostel. The mess is very good for the 1st year, and we get a variety of dishes.

Faculty: Faculty members are so good that we can't imagine them. They are very supportive. They all are PhD holders in their courses. They are very much qualified. Class tests 1 and 2 happen here in between semesters. As this college is autonomous, we get flexibility in exam dates.

I am completely satisfied with our college and very happy to be a KNITIAN.

Placements: Placements in our college are decent. Placements are good for CSE, IT, and electronics. Placements are depressing for core branches like mechanical, civil, and electrical. In our branch IT, about 80-85% of students get placed with an average salary package of around 10 LPA. The highest salary package offered in our college is 51 LPA.

Infrastructure: There are well-equipped labs. Workshops are present in our college where practical use of what we study is shown. There is a library in the college from where we can get all the required books. If I talk about the hostel, the first-year hostels are quite good, but the later ones are a little degraded. The hostel provides 24/7 water, electricity, and Wi-Fi.

Faculty: All teachers are well-qualified and are very supportive. They help students to prepare for GATE or any other government exams. According to me, the curriculum is relevant. Although the college is affiliated with AKTU, it is an autonomous institute. Exams are prepared by teachers themselves and conducted in the college. The level of exams is moderate to hard. It depends on the subject. There are experienced faculty members who teach in the classroom.

Other: I was getting CSE in BIET Jhansi but I preferred to choose IT in KNIT because it is much better. I am not disrespecting any institute it is what I think. Our institute KNIT is ranked 7 in the whole Uttar Pradesh and 2nd in AKTU. There are many clubs in our college namely photography and fine arts club, cultural club, hobby club, coding club, and many more. Our college conducts many events but the best of them is our annual fest named Anubhuti which is organized in March.
