As a first-year student, till now everything seems right at the college.
Placements: Like I am in my 1st year right now, so I only know that a lot of seniors have been placed right now. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Adobe, Infosys, HCL, Tech Mahindra, and Samsung. Some students have also secured offers from companies like Amazon. But I think they might be off campus.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are very good, and all of them have ACs. Like some colleges, this one is very old but the classrooms are quite good. Wi-Fi works properly in both colleges and hostels. There are many books in the library so you can go there and read books. Like every college, there in hostels sometimes water issue in the morning. But it is not like that, water is not coming, water comes sometimes due to the motors not turning on, this problem occurs.
Faculty: Like I am a first-year student and till now all the teachers I have met have been very helpful. Teachers are highly qualified. Semester exams are not very hard, just study whatever is in the syllabus and get good marks. In my class, almost everyone except one or two passed with good marks.
Other: There are many councils and clubs at the college, so events like these keep happening. Like just now in March, TVARAN'25 which is a national-level sports fest is organised in our college. Now, many restaurants, malls, etc., have opened near the college.

So, KNIT Sultanpur is a good college but if you are getting IET go for it.
Placements: I think 50-70% of students got placed at this college. The highest package is 45 LPA, and the lowest salary is 2 LPA - 3 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, Infosys, and Wipro. The average package for computer science and technology is 12.39 LPA, information technology is 10.25 LPA, electronics branch is 10.21 LPA, electrical engineering is 5.24 LPA, civil engineering is 7.22 LPA, and mechanical engineering is 5.68 LPA.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is present in hostel with normal speeds like 2-3 Mbps, and initially they will serve you good food. But after some months, they will start to show that we are in KNIT Sultanpur mess. Sometimes water is not available in the hostel which is a big headache in the morning when you are going to batch.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good but some just come and do time pass but some teachers are helpful. Coming to exam curriculum, there are two mid-term exams called CT and one end-semester exam. Just passing the exam is easy here since this is an autonomous college.
Other: I want to go to IET Lucknow but this is what I got in counselling so I came here. Hostel mess and water supply should be improved, and the buildings are very old but they are being renovated.

Nice culture and full of greenery. Decent placements and a decent infrastructure.
Placements: I am pursuing B.Tech from KNIT Sultanpur in information technology branch. The only drawback is that IT has no department. B.Tech course has eight semesters having one even and one odd semester each year. A decent amount percentage of students are placed here.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available in every hostel and academic block. No IT department, labs are good to go, and a library is also available. Lab do not have proper equipments although it can be given a good rating due to faculty's behaviour in the labs. Classrooms are well furnished.
Faculty: Faculty members are good with great knowledge. They are highly qualified from renowned institutions so they are reliable. Curriculum is up to date according to the university which is Abdul Kalam Technical University. Exams are conducted within the college as it is an autonomous institute.

It has an okay college life. Students can try another college if they get into a better location.
Placements: For CSE and IT, and somewhat for ECE, placements are okay. I would not say it is good or decent, but okay. Only mass recruiting companies are there. Sometimes, good companies also visit last time. BHEL visited our college, and many students also go for off-campus.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not up to the mark. However, it is okay as a government hostel is like this only. Wi-Fi is definitely questionable sometimes, but it is good and working. The food of the first year is good and extremely great. Veg and non-veg both options are great and up to the mark.
Faculty: Some teachers are very good. Some are really bad, and even at teaching and giving marks. Some teachers are great and always do things in the favour of students. The course curriculum is not really tough, and we can easily pass by studying 6-7 days before exams.
Other: Fests are good. Scholarships are provided to students who fill out the form and submit documents. However, I also know that the staff members take bribes too sometimes, in order to work on our scholarship. I would personally like to make the hostel infrastructure a little better and good for sports.
