Overall, budget-friendly. Placements are not good. It is good if you are preparing for GATE or ESE.
Placements: The percentage of placements in the core branch is not that much. Mainly, students prepare for the GATE and ESE examinations in electrical engineering. TCS is the major recruiter here. The average package you can expect here is 4 LPA. Tech skills are required for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good compared to other recommendations. This is in better condition than other government colleges in UP. But if you compare it with NITs and IITs, it's quite low. Wi-Fi is available 24/7. Classrooms are in good condition. Sports facilities are also okay. Mess and canteen condition is just okay level.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified under electrical engineering department. Teaching quality is also okay. Semester exams are not that difficult. If you study, you can pass easily. The passing percentage is also 90 percent in our department. The quality is also increasing year by year.
Other: The best thing about this course and college is that it is budget-friendly. Events also take place at college at respective time intervals. The campus is full of greenery. Scholarship facilities are also available. Connectivity to college is also good. Extracurricular is far better than those at other government colleges in UP.

I am very happy to be here. The teachers are helpful and nice.
Placements: Placement in the Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur, is increasing year by year. In the electrical engineering batch, the average placement is about 6 to 7 LPA, which is good for the students. Last year, there were some students who got up to 15to 20 LPA packages on campus.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure in KNIT, Sultanpur, is getting better year by year. College is full of plants and trees, which makes the college look more beautiful, and the playground is very large in this college. All sports are held here, badminton, cricket, volleyball, basketball, and many others. If you want, you can also join the club.
Faculty: Faculty in KNIT, Sultanpur, is nice and helpful to the students and good interaction between seniors also. You can ask anything you want to the teacher without any hesitation. If you have any problem or personal problem, you can share it with them, and they will give suggestions to you, which is very good.

The college life is overall good. If you have a better option please consider that.
Placements: The placement of Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology has been average in the past few years. The college did not provide us with actual placement records data from the past few years. The highest package of this college is 29LPA off campus and 12LPA on campus.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology is average as compared to other colleges. This college also provides us with a decent library in which we get some books related to our syllabus. Classroom is not very good but decent. Food quality is very good.
Faculty: Some faculty members are well qualified and some have a decent degree. They are teaching us very well. You get a lot of pressure such as assignment practicals and attendance related. Some teachers are very supportive and helpful to me. This college is autonomous you got a good CGPA in the semester.
Other: The college is overall good.

Overall, it is a good college. I recommend being a part of KNIT to brighten your future. Thank you.
Placements: Not too many from the Electrical department, but approximately 70% are placed according to my seniors. The internship is provided in the 3rd year. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, TCS, Whirlpool, etc. Approximately 80% of students got internships in Infosys. The average package is ₹8-10 LPA.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is excellent with a good Wi-Fi connection available 24x7. Mess food is not too bad, good to eat, healthy, and hygienic. The medical facility is also there. Game facilities are available in the common hall of the hostel. Labs are in good condition, and professors take regular classes.
Faculty: There are many clubs that teach about industry requirements. The semester exams of the college are not too hard, and the pass percentage is 7.5 CGPA. The faculty and teachers are helpful and qualified, some having Ph.D. degrees, and they have 10-15 years of teaching experience. Teaching quality is also good.
Other: I chose this college because there are many fests on campus, and scholarships are offered every year.

Overall, it’s a med college with very average placements.
Placements: Mostly mass recruiter companies like TCS and Infosys have produced some of the best candidates who secured off-campus placements, such as in the 2025 batch where three landed positions at American Express and a few joined startups. There were over 100 placements in TCS, 70+ at Acadmore, and so on. One individual from the third year was selected for GSoC, and indeed, some students are hustling. Several students achieved top ranks in GATE, including an AIR of 60 from the Electrical Engineering branch.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is not good at all; all the departments are located in a single building that also needs renovation. There are canteens and an ice cream parlor like Amul. The hostel accommodations for first-year students are decent, but the seniors' hostels are old and require renovation. The mess food is good compared to others.
Faculty: The college is autonomous, so the exam papers are prepared by the college professors. The attendance policy is quite strict, especially for first-year students. Attendance becomes an issue starting in the second year for mechanical and electrical engineering students. The teachers are helpful, particularly regarding competitive exams like UPSC and GATE.

The first thing is that the college is autonomous and faculty members are supportive.
Placements: Placement is excellent. A maximum number of students are placed on college campuses. Students get placement in good companies like Tesla Google Microsoft Amazon and more companies like this. This placement review is not at all fake and our seniors also tell this.
Infrastructure: The college hostel and infrastructure are well maintained and designed to provide a comfortable and conducive environment for students. Hostels offer clean rooms essential amenities and round the clock security. The campus includes modern classrooms well equipped labs libraries Wi Fi and recreational facilities ensuring a holistic academic and residential experience.
Faculty: The faculty at our college plays a vital role in shaping the academic and professional future of students. Comprising highly qualified and experienced professors lecturers and assistant professors the faculty members come from diverse academic backgrounds and bring with them rich industry and research experience. Many of them hold doctoral degrees and are actively involved in academic research publications and attending national and international conferences. Their dedication to teaching goes beyond textbooks as they strive to incorporate innovative teaching methodologies including project based learning case studies and interactive discussions.

The college is good compared to private colleges and REC.
Placements: The college has a good placement environment. The highest package is around 80 LPA, with a minimum of 3 to 4 LPA and an average of 5 to 6 LPA. Many companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, and others hire students. Students from the CS and IT departments are hiring good placements from these companies, which is good for the college.
Infrastructure: At KNIT, There are four lecture buildings and three laboratories, including workshops, Chemistry, and Physics labs. There are also seven to eight boys' hostels and two girls' hostels. The campus provides facilities like a canteen and a sports building. It also has two banks, which is good for students.
Faculty: In KNIT, teachers and lecturers are good and taking regular lectures, which is important for students' studies. Exams are also good, with two class tests and two-semester exams held in a year. The teaching style is good, and students got good marks on exams.
Other: It's my passion to explore how to develop our country by becoming a good engineer. I think after one or two years there is also availability of an EV (electric vehicle) lab.

Overall a very good college for core branches.
Placements: Approximately 70-80% of students secure placements through campus recruitment, with an average salary package of 5-6 lakhs in the electrical engineering branch at Knit Sultanpur. Top companies recruiting from this program include Amazon and Mahindra Tech. The internship opportunities are not favorable. Students need to apply for internships independently.
Infrastructure: Facilities are above average. There is a medical dispensary in our college also. KNIT Sultanpur has a huge campus of 150 acres. Food in the mess is average like all other colleges. The good thing is that the sports club is very active the sports club teams of KNIT Sultanpur also compete with IITs and also win most of the time.
Faculty: Professors and all other faculty members are very good at KNIT Sultanpur. They are very supportive and they always help you with competitive exams like GATE and UPSC. Semester exams are quite harder than other colleges as it is an autonomous college. The syllabus of some subjects is designed by KNIT faculty.
Other: I chose this because KNIT Sultanpur has a very good placement for core branches than all other colleges in aktu. You will be awarded up to Rs, 60,000 per year.
