GIBS Business School is committed to educating students by providing academic and practical exposure through its unique offerings of IRE (Innovation, Research & Entrepreneurship) and CPMP (Certificate in Personal Mastery Program). The aim of these programs is to equip students with the necessary skills, confidence, and worldview to thrive in a highly competitive business environment today.

1. IRE (Innovation, Research & Entrepreneurship)

• Encourages students to think innovatively and develop entrepreneurial capabilities.
• Provides opportunities to participate in research projects, develop startup ideas, and create business solutions.
• Hosts conferences, industry engagements, and creativity-focused events to learn from entrepreneurs/business leaders.
• Develops students' abilities in problem-solving, creativity, and strategic decision-making.
• Exposes students to emerging trends and global perspectives in business.

2. CPMP (Certificate in Personal Mastery Program)

• Concentrates on character development, effective communication skills, effective leadership qualities, and professional grooming.
• Covers aptitude training, group discussion, mock interview preparation, and skills development through presentations.
• Provides students with the confidence they need to become employable in the corporate sector.
• Builds interpersonal and managerial skill sets that will serve students in multinational organizations.

3. Industry Readiness

• Practical exposure to business through live projects, internships, case studies, and workshops.
• Engagement of outside guest speakers and corporate representatives helps students to understand what employers are looking for and how to meet those expectations.
• Placement preparation for students assists with successfully navigating through the recruitment process as well as developing the skills necessary for future professional career development.

4. International Exposure

• International cooperation through collaboration and partnership amongst academics provide students with an opportunity to learn about global business operations.
• Attending conferences, seminars, or participating in cross-cultural educational initiatives will also widen students' perspective on the world.
  Students will be exposed to, and learn about, international business practice as well as trends in global management.
