"NIT Hamirpur - National Institute of Technology will release 6-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to BTech in Mathematics and Computing. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:

• The JEE Main score of the candidate
• The category of the candidate
• The number of seats available in the course

 Candidates must visit the official website of the entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released."

The year 2023 cutoff ranks for BTech (Hons.) in Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Kharagpur other than General category are - 160 for OBC, 92 for SC, 32 for ST, 54 for EWS, 30 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE Advanced, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering at IIIT Sri City - Indian Institute of Information Technology other than General category are - 42097 for OBC, 152005 for SC, 247464 for ST, 38857 for EWS, 714222 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology cutoff 2022 ranks for BTech in Civil Engineering for other categories excludig General category are:

In 2021, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 106035. In 2022, it decreased to 99158. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 49814 to for OBC, 245359 to 223125 for SC, 385500 to 470640 for ST, 165567 to 111075 for EWS. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

The cutoff for BTech at Birla Institute of Technology Mesra for general category students for top 5 specialisations is tabulated below:

NIT Jalandhar JEE Main Round 6 cutoff for Computer Science Engineering is 11017 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in NIT Jalandhar.
