My best college review of NIT Patna.

Placements: Around 80-85% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package in our college is 45 LPA, the average salary package is 14 LPA, and the lowest salary package is 6 LPA. Aditya Birla, Tata, PhonePe, and more companies are recruiting for our course. Every student gets an internship in the 2nd or 3rd year after hard work. There is a placement coordinator.

Infrastructure: There are three boys' hostels and one girls' hostel. The net capacity is around 1,400 students. Some hostels have poor basic facilities, and the Wi-Fi is very slow due to the large number of users. The library is well-equipped, but the classrooms are a bit old. Mess food is unacceptable, and there is a single big ground for sports like football and cricket.

Faculty: Teachers in the department are invaluable to students, but others, like the Physics department, do not seem well-qualified. Students have to prepare on their own using YouTube or another platform. The course curriculum is very relevant, focusing only on courses that help with placements. There are two midterms and one end-of-semester exam each semester.

One of the best NITs in India.

Placements: In our college, there is a decent percentage of students who get placement every year, which is quite impressive and above average. Of course, it's an NIT after all. Students get internship opportunities as well from the pre-final year and get the chance to showcase their skills.

Infrastructure: In our college, there is improved public facilities and safety. Upgraded water and sewage systems ensure clean drinking water, reducing waterborne diseases. It also has economic development, efficient transportation network facilities, and smooth movement of goods.

Faculty: In National Institute of Technology, all faculty members are highly qualified, with some having industry knowledge and using real-life cases in teaching. Teachers are open, described as helpful, supportive, and good at explaining complex topics in a simple way.

Other: Nice infrastructure and best opportunities are provided to improve and enhance skills, and various events and extracurricular activities are conducted which help students reduce their academic stress and enjoy their social life as well.

It is an amazing institute. You can consider it.

Placements: Last year approximately 90% of students were placed, and this year till now 78% of students are placed. The highest package is 55 lacs, the average is 15 lacs, and the lowest is 8 lacs offered this year. Many companies visit NIT Patna every year for placement and internship, such as PhonePe, Wipro, Amazon, Atlassian, Google, Microsoft, and Oracle.

Infrastructure: Each room in our hostel has LAN, and high-speed Wi-Fi connection is available, and the same in classrooms. Labs are properly managed with all types of equipment required. The central library contains all types of books for every course by different popular authors. The campus is green, and buses are available for traveling from one campus to another. Hostels are well-furnished with almost all types of facilities like sports, canteen, washing machines, mess, etc.

Faculty: Some core teachers are very good at their work, with most of them being alumni of this college. Many books have been written by our respected professors. However, I have some criticisms as well; some courses, such as biology for engineers, environment science, and the language lab, seem of little use. Most of the time, exams are easy and based on notes, and seniors are very helpful in academic-related problems.

It is the smallest campus in all IITs and NITs. But the new campus will be opened after some years .

Placements: In this college, around 82 to 86 percent of students are placed. The highest package of ECE branch is 45 LPA. The average package of this branch is 13 to 13.5 LPA and the lowest package is 6 LPA. Top companies are coming to this college like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, etc.

Infrastructure: The facilities of our college is average the college is providing wi-fi all over the college, and the library is good and at most 3000 books are there. The kosi hostel is good and food is too good. For sports, we see a big ground for cricket, football, and volleyball. A basketball court is there. Three badminton courts and table tennis courts are there.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful and kind. The method of teaching is nice. The course offered is ancient type. The semester exams are not too tough. If you are able to concentrate in class, then you can easily get an 8 CGPA. The percent of students who passed exams is almost 85 to 95%.

Other: I chose this course because the ECE branch is too wide and in the ECE branch we can do anything. There is no work of artificial intelligence. The course should be changed and relevant things should be taught.

It is a good college for placements and infrastructure.

Placements: In 2021–2022, almost 95% of students from the ECE department were placed. The average salary package offered was 15 LPA. In 2022–2023, the average salary package offered is expected to be around 18 LPA to 19 LPA. The previous year, the highest salary package offered was 1.6 crores per annum. Top recruiting companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Atlassian, etc., visit our campus.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is something that may demotivate you. The campus area is only around 40 acres, whereas all facilities are available. Except for the KOSI hostel, the hostel for first-year students is not very good. You may have to share a room with five to six other students.

Faculty: Our faculty members are good. The course curriculum is quite lenient, so you could focus on exploring different things. Semester exams are given at the appropriate time and questions are not particularly difficult. Most faculty members are Ph.D. holders and 6 professors are on the list of the top 2% of scientists in the world.
