I am very satisfied with the quality of education and nice placements offered in 2015-2016.

Placements: I remember that about 78 students got placed from our course. The highest salary package offered was 70 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was Rs. 80,000 per month. The top recruiters here were Microsoft, Infosys, Tata, Wipro, Cisco, Bajaj Autos and many more. The top course offered here is M.Sc computer engineering.

Infrastructure: There was a huge library of a football stadium size with air-conditioners, free Wi-Fi and proper sanitation. The classrooms were not very neat and clean. The bathrooms were l...

For computer science, around 90% of the students were placed by 10 days and over all branches, the percentage of undergraduate students placed was approximately 65%. The highest salary in India is approximately 30 lpa. Coming to internships, about 50% of the students got an internship through the internship office. The highest stipend would be around 1 lakh per...

For IIT Madras, you don't need percentile, percentile is only for JEE Mains. To get into IIT Madras for computer science engineering, you need to get under 40 All India rank in JEE Advance.

Dear,
With these marks, you are not eligible for JEE Advanced. You can get a seat in IIT-Madras if you have a good rank in JEE Advanced.

It will be a tough call for you to get admission into a government college based on your JEE Mains marks, but you can still apply for private universities conducting their own entrance exam or offer admission on the basis of class 12th marks. Private universities also provide quality education with these days and best infrastructure to study. You should select a college with the best placements and overall rankings such as SRM, LPU, Jaypee, and other AKTU institutes. Good Luck.

Hello Shakeel,
There no lateral entry admissions in any of the IITs and NITs. The only way is to clear JEE Main and Advanced exams and secure a good rank in that.
All the best!
