| Other eligibility criteria | Candidates should be among the top 2,50,000 successful candidates (including all categories) in B.E./B.Tech. Paper of JEE (Main) 2022.
Candidate should have been born on or after October 1, 1997 (5 years relaxation is given to SC, ST & PwD candidates).
Candidate should have appeared for the Class XII (or equivalent) examination for the first time in either 2021 or 2022 with PCM subjects.
Candidate who appeared in class 12th (or equivalent) examination for the first time in 2020 OR 2021 & successfully registered for JEE (Advanced) 2021 but were absent in both the papers, i.e., Paper 1 & Paper 2, of JEE (Advanced) 2021, they do not need to fulfil the above mentioned criteria. Further, these candidates would be considered in addition to & not as part of the total number of candidates who would qualify from JEE (Main) 2022 for appearing in JEE (Advanced) 2022. This is a one-time measure valid only for JEE (Advanced) 2022.

Which is better CSE in IIT Madras or Elect Engineering in IIT Bombay
today cse is demanded in comparison to electrical engineerung . cse is rising in scope so pursue cse from iit madras.

Both the branches of IIT are top colleges but CSE in IIT Madras is better course as this course is more in demand and this course may help you to get better placements.

What min. JEE percentile is required for this college?
For IIT Madras, you don't need percentile, percentile is only for JEE Mains. To get into IIT Madras for computer science engineering, you need to get under 40 All India rank in JEE Advance.

Will I get admission through lateral entry in B.Tech aerospace in IIT, Madras after completing Diploma in aeronautical?
IITs follow only JEE marks, no other such schemes are there for admission.

There no lateral entry admissions in any of the IITs and NITs. The only way is to clear JEE Main and Advanced exams and secure a good rank in that.
