The following scores are necessary for a B.Tech in Biotechnology degree at the Kanpur Institute of Technology:
For general category candidates, a minimum of 55% in science-related 10+2 courses is required, and for SC/ST category candidates, 50%.
Candidates who have completed a diploma in engineering and technology with or without honours and who obtained a minimum of 45% (or 40% for SC/ST) on the vacancy list for the course's first year.

Yes, there is a B.Tech. In Biotechnology course offered at Kanpur Institute of Technology.
The B.Tech. in Biotechnology is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)
The minimum eligibility to get admission in the B.Tech. in Biotechnology program is based on the JEE Main score.

At Kanpur Institute of Technology, B Tech computer Science fees is 95k per year. However, if you give entrance exam like JEE Mains, CUET etc. and get good ranks in that you will get some discount in fees.
Candidates for admission to the programme must have completed the 10+2 examination with Physics, Mathematics, and one of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or a Technical Vocational subject as required subjects. gotten at least 45% in the aforementioned subjects combined (or 40% for candidates in the reserved category).

The fee structure for a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (lateral entry) at the Future Institute of Engineering and Management is around 2.5lakh for 4years course. For lateral entry in B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, candidates must have passed Diploma in Engineering/ Technology from an AICTE approved institution with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B)

Minimum percentage required to get admission in b tech is 55% throughout means in class 10th or class 12th for general category and for SC, St it is 50%. But I say if you don't have 60% throughout don't take admission in b tech because at the time of placement company wants 60% throughout.
