V P Muthaiah Pillai Meenakshi Ammal College Of Engineering And Technology For Women (now "Arul Tharum VPMM College of Engineering and Technology") generally receives mixed but leaning positive reviews. It's an AICTE-approved, Anna University-affiliated institution established in 2002. Students highlight good infrastructure (hostel, labs, library, gym), a supportive learning environment, and qualified faculty. However, some reviews mention dissatisfaction with management and placement support, with students sometimes needing to find internships/jobs independently. Overall, it focuses on academic excellence and student empowerment for women in engineering.

V P Muthaiah Pillai Meenakshi Ammal College Of Engineering And Technology For Women (now Arul Tharum VPMM College of Engineering and Technology) aims to have qualified and experienced faculty. The college states its faculty members are "qualified professionals with industry and teaching experience," contributing to a holistic academic environment. While one student review expressed a concern about some teachers being former students lacking extensive experience and some departments not having enough staff, the institution actively recruits faculty with strong academic backgrounds (Ph.D., Master's, Bachelor's with first class) and relevant experience, adhering to AICTE and Anna University norms, to ensure quality education.
