Iran-Israel-US War: CBSE Cancels Class 12 Board Exams in Middle East

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has cancelled all CBSE Class 12 board exams in Middle East. The exams which were postponed previously also stands cancelled. The board exams in Middle East were scheduled to be conducted from February 17 to April 10, 2026. However, the exams have been cancelled now.
According to an official notice released by CBSE, “All examinations of Class XII scheduled from 16.03.2026 to 10.04.2026 stand cancelled in case of students from Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE,”
“The Class 12 board exams that were earlier notified to be postponed have also been cancelled. The mode of declaration of results for these countries will be notified in due course,” the notice further reads.
CBSE Class 12 Hindi Paper 2026 on Mar 16
The board will conduct the Class 12 Hindi Elective and Hindi Core examinations on March 16. The exam will be held from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. Students are need to carry their CBSE admit cards along with their school ID cards. The CBSE Class 12 Hindi syllabus covers topics from prose, poetry, grammar and writing skills. Students must revise properly for the exam.
