JAC opens Class 10 exam form correction window for Board Exams 2026. Schools can correct student data online till January 2, 2026.

Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has opened one-time correction window for students appearing in Annual Secondary Examination 2026 (Class 10). JAC has allowed corrections in details submitted by students in their board examination application forms.

According to official notice, correction facility is available for regular and private candidates registered for 2024–26 session. Form correction facility will be available online on the JAC Exam Form Portal which will remain open from December 28, 2025 to January 2, 2026.

How students can get their details corrected

Students need to check “Class 10 Student Data Correction Portal” and log in using their Registration Number and Captcha to view their Student Information Sheet. The notice states that if any discrepancy is found, information sheet must be downloaded and the required corrections should be clearly mentioned and submitted to the respective school.

Based on the student’s request, schools will log in using their User ID and Password and update the details through the “Correct Student Data” option available on the portal. After completing the corrections, schools are required to download the checklist and submit it to the JAC office within one week.

The council has clarified that this correction window is being provided as a final opportunity and no requests will be accepted after the deadline.

Submission deadline for schools

For the Class 10 Board Examination 2026, schools must submit the consolidated list, challan copy, and other related documents to the JAC office by January 5, 2026.

Students are advised to coordinate with their schools and ensure that all details are verified carefully to avoid issues during admit card issuance or later stages of the examination process.
