The AP PGECET 2025 Web Counselling Registrations link has been activated. Counselling registrations are applicable for AP PGECET and GATE/GPAT qualified candidates. The last date to register is September 8 and upload the documents for verification is September 12, 2025. Through AP PGECET 2025 counselling, candidates can get admission to postgraduate programs, such as M.Tech and M.E. The seat allotment result will be announced on September 26. Candidates who have qualified for the AP PGECET 2025 exam can now register for the second phase of counselling. AP PGECET Counselling Fees 2025
AP PGECET-qualified candidates must pay the non-refundable counselling fee online on the official website. The fee for SC/ST candidates is INR 500, and for other categories, it is INR 1000/-. Payments are made through netbanking, credit card, or debit card options. To pay the AP PGECET counselling fee, candidates must provide their hall ticket number and rank. Candidates must keep the transaction ID safe for future reference.
Documents Required at the Time of AP PGECET 2025 Counselling
Candidates must upload the following documents at the time of AP PGECET Second Phase Counselling -
- AP PGECET Rank Card
- AP PGECET Hall Ticket
- Provisional Certificate/ Degree Certificate and Memorandum of marks of qualifying examination.
- Memo of SSC or its equivalent
- Study Certificate from Class 10th to Graduation or Residence Certificate for preceding 7 years from the qualifying examination, i.e. Graduation in respect of candidates who have private study without any institutionalised education (Aadhar Card/Household Card)
- Integrated community certificate
- Transfer certificate
- Income certificate/Household card/Ration Card
- EWS Certificate issued by Tahsildar, if applicable
- Local Status Certificate
NOTE: The leftover seats after allotment of GATE/GPAT candidates will be available for AP PGECET 2025 qualified candidates.
Once a student is done with the first round's option entry, there is no chance for him or her to add any option for the second round unless a few seats have been added by a college after the first round of allotment. However, a student can change the order of the options that he or she has entered before the second round of allotment.
