GUJCET 2026 Extended Registration Window To Close Today (LIVE Updates); Apply @gujcet.gseb.org

The GUJCET 2026 registration deadline will end on January 6, 2026. Candidates who haven't applied for the exam yet can apply on the website by 11 PM today.

To apply for GUJCET, candidates will have to visit the GUJCET registration 2026 official website - gujcet.gseb.org. On this portal, they will have to generate new login credentials, pay the application fee, and proceed to fill out the application form in detail.

Today is the GUJCET 2026 Registration last date. Students who haven't applied for the exam yet can visit the official website to register. 

If candidates face any issues related to the GUJCET registration or URL lags, candidates must reach out to the GSEB technical helpline at 1800-233-5500 between 10 AM and 6 PM for immediate assistance.

As the GUJCET 2026 registration window will close today, the payment page will also close by 11:59 PM today. Students who meet the minimum eligibility criteria will be able to apply and make the payment via the SBI ePay system before midnight today.

While filling out the application form of GUJCET 2026, candidates will have to upload their scanned photographs and signatures as per the given format. The format of the documents,, as mentioned in the notification PDF is 5KB and 50KB in JPG/JPEG format. Files that are Incorrect in size will lead to rejection.

The GUJCET Hall tickets for all successfully registered students will be made available in the second week of March tentatively. Students will have to log in using their credentials - application form number and password to access the hall ticket.

GSEB, as per the previous schedule, will conduct the GUJCET 2026 on March 29, 2026, in a pen-and-paper-based OMR test. There is no change in the examination schedule despite the registration extension.

For candidates who already submitted their application forms but may have made minor errors in their name or category can look forward to the official correction window opening in the second week of January 2026.

As the last date of registration is inching closer, students must not wat for the last moment and apply before. It is observed that at the first and last date, a lot of candidates visit application websites leading to high traffic. Hence, students must apply before to avoid lags and system slow downs.

As per the exam pattern, for every correct response students will be alloted, +1 mark, while there will be -0.25 marks deducted for every incorrect attempt made by them.

To apply for the GUJCET exam students must have qualified for the 10+2 with PCM or PCB subjects.

The GUJCET 2026 exam will be conducted on March 29, 2026. The exam will be held in a pen-and-paper-based mode.

The GUJCET 2026 syllabus is based on Class 12 Science syllabus which covers subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Math/Biology.

As per the GUJCET exam pattern, the exam will be held in offline pen-and-paper mode, and the questions will be in OMR format, consisting of 120 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The questions will be based on subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology.

While filling the online GUJCET application form students must ensure that their scanned photograph and signature are in JPG/JPEG format and as per the prescribed format ,of 5KB to 50KB.

To fill the application form of GUJCET 2026, candidates will have to successfully make the application fee payment. The online payment portal of GUJCET will be available until 11:59 PM on January 6, 2026. However, it is advised to candidates to not wait till the last time and apply in advance. 

Once the GUJCET 2026 registration window is closed, the exam body will open the application correction window and candidates who made errors in their forms can make the corrections. The correction window is expected to be released in the second week of January 2026.

In the GUJCET 2026 application correction, students will be allowed to edit their personal details such as name, last name, spelling errors, DOB and category details.

As of now, there are no updates related to the GUJCET 2026 registration deadline extension. As the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has already granted a one-week extension from the original December 30 to January 6, 2026.

After the GUJCET registration is closed, the exam body will issue the admit card for all candidates. Candidates who successfully register by January 6 can expect their GUJCET 2026 hall tickets in the second week of March. 

Once the GUJCET 2026 deadline closes, the exam body is expected to open the correction window. Through the correction window of GUJCET 2026, students will be allowed to make minor edits to their already submitted application form, such as their personal details or category status.

 As the exam body has extended the GUJCET 2026 once from December 30, 2025, to January 6, 2026, there are no more extensions expected from them. Hence, students have just over 24 hours to apply for this coveted entrance exam.
