The TS PGECET 2025 admissions will start soon. The official announcement was made at a recent CET committee meeting. The official notification (TS PGECET 2025 information brochure) will be released on March 12, and the application form will be available on March 17, 2025.

The mode of the TS PGECET 2025 application form will be online and must be submitted following the steps (as mentioned in the information brochure).

TS PGECET is the Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test abbreviated form. It is a state-level common entrance examination. The Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET) is an entrance examination conducted by the Jawaharlal Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) for admission into various postgraduate courses in engineering, technology, and pharmacy in the state of Telangana.

Q:   Can I get BTech admission at JNU through CUET?
A:

JNU Delhi does not accept the Central University Entrance Test (CUET-UG) for admission to the BTech courses. To be eligible for JNU BTech admission, candidates must have a valid JEE Main score. The final selection is based on JoSAA counselling process. The JoSAA counselling is usually held in the month of September. This year, there will be six rounds of seat allotment.  

Q:   Can I get direct admission to JNU BA (Hons) courses?
A:

Yes, JNU also offers lateral entry admission to the second year of the BA (Hons) programme. Candidates who are willing to seek admission need to possess the first year of a bachelor's degree from a recognised institute/ university with a minimum of 45% aggregate. Additionally, it is also necessary that the relevant documents are presented such as the bachelor’s degree first-year mark sheet along with other educational certificates.
