The Bar Council of India (BCI) is conducting the All India Bar Examination XXI (AIBE 21) today, June 7, 2026. The Bar exam 21 will be held in an offline, pen-and-paper format across test centres in India. Law graduates will be appearing for this certification exam to secure their Certificate of Practice (CoP).
According to the AIBE exam day guidelines 2026, the AIBE exam timings 2026 are for a single shift from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Gates opened for the reporting process from at 11:30 AM and will close at 1:15 PM. Students have to keep a physical printout of AIBE exam hall ticket 2026 with a valid government-issued photo ID card to show at the security gates.

BCI AIBE dress code is necessary to follow in order to maintain decorum of the legal examination. Candidates must follow the AIBE exam dress code to avoid any problems during security checks
- What to Wear?:Β Candidates are suggested to wear decent clothes like a shirt & pant or a sober salwar suit.
- What to Avoid?: Large buttons, jewellery, shoes with thick soles, and electronic gadgets.
AIBE Qualifying Marks
Following is the AIBE 2026 Qualifiying marks category-wise:
- For General and OBC Categories the requiredΒ aibe qualifying marksΒ are set atΒ 45%Β (45 out of 100).
- For SC, ST, and Disabled Categories the minimum threshold is fixed atΒ 40%Β (40 out of 100).
