FMGE December 2025 Form Correction
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced the FMGE December 2025 final edit window dates. Students who have filled the application form of Foreign Medical Graduate Examination for December 2025 session can edit their forms online. The FMGE 2025 final edit window will remain open between December 29 to 31, 2025.
Students who have submitted incorrect documents, i.e. photograph, signature and thumb impressions, can make corrections in these documents through the candidate login page. Students must be mindful that during the FMGE 2025 Dec form correction process, only rectification of deficient documents will be permissible, i.e. photograph, signature and thumb impressions.
It must be noted that candidates with incorrect details will not be provided with the admit card. The FMGE hall ticket 2025 will only be issued to candidates with correct details in their application form.
How to Edit FMGE Application Form 2025?
Students have to follow the steps below to correct deficient documents in FMGE application form 2025:

Click on the 'FMGE' link and enter your login details

The FMGE application form 2025 will be displayed on the screen

Make changes in the necessary documents

Check the added details carefully in the application form

After making all the corrections, click on the “submit” button.
- Download the rectified application form of FMGE December 2025 session for future use.
No, candidates only have to upload the scanned copies of the required documents with the FMGE 2025 registration form. Physical verification of the documents will be carried out when the candidates report for the collection of Pass Certificates. Pass certificates will be provided to candidates who qualify the exam by scoring the minimum cut off. Candidates have to score at least 50% marks to qualfy for the exam. Candidates are asked to show hard copy of the original documents while distributing the pass certificates.
No. FMGE 2025 exam will be held in computer-based mode. Each candidate will be provided a separate desktop at exam centre. Questions will have to be answered on screen. Registrations will be open on official website to submit application form for exam.

FMGE pass certificate are issued offline. Those who qualified FMGE June session 2025 will have to be in-person at the office of NBE to collect the certificate.
The authorities will issue FMGE certificates in offline mode only. Students are advised to download the certificate from the official website. The official dates for FMGE certificates for June session are yet to be out and it will be updated once it is out.
