National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences is today conducting GPAT Exam 2026. This exam is for admission to postgraduate pharmacy programmes across India.
Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test is a national level exam for admissions to the Master of Pharmacy. It is a computer based test comprising 125 MCQs and carrying a total of 500 marks. Candidates will be given three hours duration to complete the test.

The registrations closed in January, 2026, and admit card released on March 2, 2026. Now, thousands of students are going to appear in the examination today. Results are expected to be out by April 7, 2026, on the official website natboard.edu.in.

GPAT 2026 Guidelines for Exam Day

Following are exam day guidelines:

  • Candidates must carry GPAT 2026 admit card along with valid photo ID proof. The ID proof can be PAN card, voter ID, passport or driving license.
  • They must reach the exam centre before the gate closing time.
  • Electronic devices are not allowed at the exam centre. They cannot bring mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators and electronic devices.
  • If students will not follow the exam day guidelines they can be disqualified from the exam. Hence, it is advised that students should carefully read the instructions given on admit card before reaching the exam centre.

After the exam is conducted successfully, NBEMS will release the GPAT 2026 result and merit list on the official website. Qualified candidates will be eligible for admission to MPharm courses and scholarships offered through the GPAT scores.
