Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2024 Counselling Registration Begins After Reduced Cutoff; Apply By March 3
Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2024 counselling registration is open for all category students having 5 percentile or above in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduates in session 2024-25.
The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) has started the Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2024 counselling registration after reduced cutoff. General/ EWS/ UR/ SC/ ST/ OBC category students having 5 percentile or above in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduates in session 2024-25 are eligible to apply for the counselling process.
The authorities have started the Tamil Nadu NEET PG counselling registration 2024 following the re-revised cutoff percentile by NMEMS dates February 25, 2025. Students willing to apply for the TN NEET PG 2024 counselling process can fill the application form by 5 PM on March 3, 2025. Interested and eligible students have to upload all relevant documents as per the prospectus. In the case of candidates with lower percentile who already applied, they need not apply again.
NEET PG 2024 Revised Cutoff for Tamil Nadu PG Medical Admission
MCC has revised the NEET PG cutoff for all categories, including general/ EWS/ UR/ SC/ ST/ OBC categories, which is tabulated below:

Complete the TN NEET PG counselling registration process using personal and academic details as required

Pay Tamil Nadu NEET UG counselling fees and submit the form.

The Selection Committee, Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Chennai, is conducting the NEET PG Counselling for Tamil Nadu for admission to Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS)/Diploma Courses in Tamil Nadu Government Medical Colleges. Dr M.G.R. Medical University will administer admissions for government seats in self-financing medical colleges.
Candidates who are not domiciled in the state of Tamil Nadu and have completed their MBBS degree from an institute located in this state and apply for the counselling of Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 are eligible to participate in the TN NEET PG counselling. Others will not be eligible to participate in this counselling. Candidates who are claiming nativity of Tamil Nadu should upload their certificates of nativity of Tamil Nadu issued by the competent authority.
