Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 round 2 qualified list candidates for Government Quota and Management quota seats will be released today. Eligible students can download the seat allotment letter from tnmedicalselection.net.
Directorate of Medical Education and Research Chennai will release the round 2 list of candidates allotted for PG medical admissions in Tamil Nadu today, December 23, 2205. Students who have participated in the round 2 counselling process can download Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 round 2 counselling result from the official website. The authorities will release the result in PDF format. Allotted candidates can download their allocation letter from the candidate login portal. The TN NEET PG counselling 2025 round 2 allocation list will be available for government quota and management quota seats separately.

What After TN NEET PG Round 2 Counselling Result?
Students who will be allotted a seat during the TN NEET PG 2025 round 2 counselling process have to complete the admission formalities. They have to first download TN NEET PG allotment letter 2025 from the candidate portal at tnmedicalselection.net. Next, they have to visit the institute for reporting purposes before December 30, 2025.

Yes, DMER Chennai will release provisional allotment order for TN NEET PG medical counselling after releasing the seat allotment result for each round. Candidates will be able to download the provisional allotment order from the official website, tnmedicalselection.net in online mode only. DMER Chennai will not send the provisional allotment order personally by email, post or any other means.
At the time of Application all candidates must pay the application fee of INR 3,000/-. It is a Non- Refundable application fee. The Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Caste (Arunthathiyar) / Scheduled Tribe candidates of Tamil Nadu native are exempted from payment of the cost of the application. Yes, you can participate in the mop-up round even if u haven't participated in round-1 or round-2. However, you will have to fill the registration form first and then participate in the choice filling process. However, please remember the mop-up round will only be conducted if the seats remain vacant. In case the seats of the preferred college and course get filled in the first two rounds, then the third round will not be held.
