CGPSC Declares Final Merit List for State Service Exam 2024; 643 Candidates Selected

The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has published the final merit list for the State Service Examination (SSE) 2024. The CGPSC 2024 Result is available on the official website psc.cg.gov.in in the PDF format. You can check your roll number on the final merit list PDF.
The CGPSC SSE 2024 merit list is prepared based on marks from the CGPSC Mains exam and the interview. A total of 643 candidates have been selected for different posts under the State Service.
The CGPSC Mains written exam was held on June 26, 27, 28, and 29, 2025. The interviews were conducted from November 10 to November 20, 2025. The direct link to download the merit list PDF is available below:

Earlier, 3,737 candidates were shortlisted for the interview. Out of these, only 643 candidates qualified for the final selection. The Commission said that there were no ineligible candidates in the interview list. The CGPSC final merit 2024 list includes the name, roll number, category, and rank of each candidate.

CGPSC Posts and Salary

Selected candidates through CGPSC will join Group A and Group B services in Chhattisgarh. Here are some important posts and salaries:

• Deputy District Magistrate – ₹56,100 (Pay Level 12)
• Accounting Officer – ₹56,100 (Pay Level 12)
• Deputy Superintendent of Police – ₹56,100 (Pay Level 12)
• Superintendent District Jail – ₹56,100 (Pay Level 12)
• District Fighter, City Service – ₹56,100 (Pay Level 12)
• Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Institutions – ₹56,100 (Pay Level 12)
• Excise Sub-Inspector – ₹28,700 (Pay Level 7)
• Commercial Tax Inspector – ₹36,100 (Pay Level 9)
• Deputy Registrar – ₹28,700 (Pay Level 7)
• Assistant Jail Superintendent – ₹28,700 (Pay Level 7)
• Commercial Tax Officer – ₹25,300 (Pay Level 6)

All selected candidates in the final merit list must complete document verification and medical tests as per the CGPSC instructions. Appointment letters for all the CGPSC Officers will be given after document verification.
