As per media reports, CTET Answer Key 2026 got delayed which was expected to be out anytime. The Paper 2 was not held at two centres of Bihar due to administrative reasons, it will now be held on March 1, 2026. Considering this re-exam answer key can be delayed. Read here for more information.

As per media reports, CTET Answer Key 2026 got delayed which was expected to be out anytime. The Paper 2 was not held at two centres of Bihar due to administrative reasons, it will now be held on March 1, 2026. Considering this re-exam answer key can be delayed. Read here for more information.

CTET Answer Key 2026 can be delayed now as the re-examination of Paper 2 is pending at two centres in Bihar. It is expected that the provisional answer key may be delayed until re-exam will be held and all response sheets are received.

The answer key will be out on the official website - ctet.nic.in. It will be out in the form of PDF. Once it is out, the candidates need to download the scorecard using login credentials including date of birth and application number.

CBSE had conducted the 21st edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test in multiple shifts for Paper I and Paper II on February 7 and 8, 2026, across the country. However, due to administration reasons it could not be held on two centres in Bihar. The re-exam of paper II is scheduled for March 1, 2026 at these centres. 

There is no confirmation on date when the provisional answer key for CTET will be released, however as per assumptions, it will now come after the re-examination.

Steps to Download CTET answer key 2026

Candidates need to follow these steps to download the answer key:

  • They need to go to official website- ctet.nic.in
  • On homepage, click on CTET answer key PDF download link.
  • Next, they must enter the application number, and date of birth to the link.
  • The answer key will be displayed in another window.
  • Candidates need to download the answer key and save it for future reference.
