SEBI Grade A Recruitment 2025: Intimation Out for Assistant Manager Posts
As per SEBI notice, upcoming recruitment will cover multiple streams, including General, Legal, Information Technology, Research, Official Language, and Engineering (Electrical and Civil).
Securities and Exchange Board of India has issued an advance notice for its Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) Recruitment 2025. SEBI has stated that detailed notification will be released later in October on its official website sebi.gov.in.
SEBI notice reads: “Please see detailed advertisement and online application link on October 30, 2025 (SEBI reserves right to make any change in these dates) on SEBI website. Applications will be accepted only through online link.”
As per SEBI notice, upcoming recruitment will cover multiple streams, including General, Legal, Information Technology, Research, Official Language, and Engineering (Electrical and Civil).
Complete advertisement will have detail number of vacancies eligibility criteria and exam schedule.
The advance intimation notice states that selection process involves three stages, a preliminary screening test, a main examination, and an interview. Candidates with a Master’s degree, a Bachelor’s in Law or Engineering, or professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, CS or CMA are eligible to apply. Maximum age limit is 30 years, with relaxations for reserved categories.

The size for photograph is given below:
- Dimension of the photograph should be 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
- Size of file should be between 20kb-50kb
Candidates need to carry their admit cards along with one photo-identity proof to the exam centre. The photo-identity proofs that candidates can carry are PAN Card/Passport/ Permanent Driving License/Voter’s Card
with photograph/Bank Passbook with photograph/Photo Identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer on official
letterhead alongwith photograph/Photo Identity proof issued by a People’s Representative on official letterhead
along with photograph/Valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognised College/University/Aadhaar Card/EAadhaar Card with a photograph/Employee ID in original/Bar Council Identity card with photograph. Candidates need to carry valid photo-identity proof in original and photocopy. Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License are not accepted as valid ID proof.
The size for signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration for SEBI Grade A exam are given below:
- The dimensions of the signature should be 140 x 60 pixels
- Size of file should be between 10kb-20kb for signature and 20kb-50kb for left thumb impression
- Size for handwriting declaration should be between 50kb-100kb
“Appropriate reservation will be given to candidates belonging to OBC (NCL), EWSs, SC, ST and PwBD candidates as per applicable laws. A candidate must not have exceeded the age of 30 years as on September 30, 2025 i.e., candidate must have been born on or after October 01, 1995, SEBI notice mentions.
SEBI will hold on-line examinations and interviews in various cities across India. Candidates from Unreserved, OBC and EWSs category will have to pay ₹1000/- + 18% GST, and ₹100/- + 18% GST for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
