SSC Exam 2025 Updates

Staff Selection Commission has revised formats for Disability Certificates in line with latest guidelines issued by Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD). The SSC has also clarified that for all exams whose notifications were released after October 16, 2024 and where recruitment process is still ongoing, candidates may submit their Disability Certificate in either new formats (Form V and VI) or older versions.

According to DEPwD notification dated October 16, 2024, Disability Certificates will now be issued in two categories:

• Form V: Certificate of Disability for Single Disability
• Form VI: Certificate of Disability for Multiple Disabilities

These two revised forms replace earlier three formats (Forms V, VI, and VII) that were previously used in SSC notifications. Candidates can check updated forms in SSC notice pdf released at official website of Commission. 

SSC GD 2026 Notification Update 

Staff Selection Commission is expected to release SSC GD notification 2026 anytime soon in November 2025. It is likely that SSC GD application form 2026 will also be available during November or December 2025. Further, based on past updates, SSC GD Constable exam will be held in January or February 2026.
