You are eligible to get admission in Indira as cut-off for MH-CET is 90+ if your home university is Pune then you will get adopted to this college till third cap round.

Yes, they do provide a laptop to PG students as well a foreign industrial trip is arranged for the student. Second shift it is conducted most probably after 1:30 pm till 4 - 4:30 pm.
