The Company Secretary is a three-year professional course which is equivalent to the undergraduate programme. Institute of Company Secretaries of India conducts CS examination which is divided into three levels.

Company Registrar 

As a Company Registrar, the employee takes care of the company’s registrations. He/she completes reporting and regulations of companies and their directors and shareholders. The Company Registrar also administers government reporting on several matters. 

Assistant to the Board of Directors 

Assistant to the Board of Directors helps in accomplishing the company goals and implementing strategies effectively. Assistant make communication between the director and the divisions of the company.  

Corporate Policymaker 

Policymakers adjust, change or implement the new policies, laws and regulations of the company. They can work for non-government or government organisations. Policymakers also help in steering regulation and political action in favourable ways.

Legal Advisor
