ICSI CS Dec 2025 pass percentage is announced. ICSI exam results December 2025 for Professional and Executive is released. Candidates who appeared for the CS Executive, CS Professional Dec 2025 examination can check the qualifying criteria and pass percentage for the ICSI CS exam for previous sessions.
ICSI CS Pass Percentage
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has announced ICSI pass percentage Dec 2025 for CS Executive and CS Professional exams. Candidates can know the ICSI CS pass percentage 2025 for CS Executive and CS Professional. ICSI has released ICSI CS December 2025 pass percentage at icsi.edu at around 4:30 PM. ICSI CS Executive pass percentage reflects the percentage of students who have cleared the ICSI CS examination for the particular session. As per the passing criteria, candidates must score a minimum of 40% in each subject and 50% overall to qualify for the examination. ICSI CS December 2025 pass percentage will be updated today for CS Executive and CS Professional examinations. The pass percentage will be updated by 4 PM.

Autorities have released the list of ICSI CS exam centres. Check the list of the ICSI CS exam centres in the Eastern region of India: Bhagalpur, Kolkata Zone-I, Bhubaneswar I, Kolkata Zone-II, Bhubaneswar II, Kolkata Zone-III, Bokaro, Kolkata Zone-IV, Dhanbad, Patna, Guwahati, Ranchi, Hooghly, Rourkela, Howrah, Sambalpur, Imphal, Siliguri, and Jamshedpur.
Candidates will be able to enter the ICSI CS exam centre preferences while filling the ICSI CS enrollment form. The enrollment form window will open on February 26, 2026. Only candidates who have registered for ICSI CS Executive or CS Professional programme for June 2026 session will be able to fill the enrollment form.
On the day of the CS Executive examination, candidates must ensure to carry the following documents, failing which candidates will not be permitted to enter the examination hall:
- Admit card
- Any identity proof card issued by the Government authorities:
- Passport
- Driving License
- PAN Card
- UID Card
- Aadhar Card
- Voter I-Card
Candidates must possess the ID card as downloaded from individual online accounts at support.icsi.edu and should be attested by the authorized official of the institute. Candidates must affix their photograph in case the photograph or signature is not available on the CS Executive, Professional admit card. However, candidates must get it attested by the Gazetted member/Officer of ICSI/Principal of a Recognized School/Manager of Nationalised Bank.
ICSI CS Pass Percentage: June 2025
ICSI CS June 2025 results were declared on August 25, 2025. However, ICSI has not issued the CS Pass percentage June 2025 for CS Executive and CS Professional exams. The table below will be updated once released.

ICSI conducts CS Executive, CS Professional exam for a duration of three hours for each subjects. ICSI CS June 2026 will be held from 9 AM to 12.15 PM. Candidates will get 15 minutes for reading the question paper. ICSI conducts December session examination from 2 PM to 5.15 PM.
- ICSI CS Executive June 2026 exam will be held for a duration of three hours i.e., 9 AM to 12.15 PM. Candidates will get 15 minutes from 9 AM to 9.15 AM for reading the question paper.
- ICSI CS Executive December 2026 will be held from 2 PM to 5.15 PM. Candidates will get 15 minutes time to read the question paper from 2 PM to 2.15 PM.
ICSI does not mention the CS Executive dress code. However, to apear for exam:
- candidates must wear light clothes with no pockets and full sleeves
- avoid wearing shoes or heeled sandals
- avoid wearing dresses, pants or shisrts with pocket
