Mystory@Sunil Killedar: How I selected my career

I did my schooling from a Kannada medium Government School. For my Higher Secondary (PUC-I Commerce) I joined GI Bagewadi College, Nipani in Karnataka but since I had selected English as the medium of instruction, I failed in all the subjects in Class 12. I gave it another try and passed the second time. After completing class 12 I joined B Com in the same college. I completed B Com in 2005 started my career in banking and brokering sector. Currently I am working as a divisional manager (training) at Muthoot Microfin Ltd.

I’ve made a lot of mistakes in the past, like in selecting a career for myself. Also, because there was lack of monetary support from family, I had less choices. I studied B Com and Computer Programming and I am very good in Taxation and Accounting. However, I chose do to a job unrelated to these.

Later on in my career, I completed CA and right now I am pursuing CS.

I have a goal in life and that is to never stop learning.
