Chandigarh student tops CLAT 2012
Chandigarh is churning out toppers this season. CBSE toppers of Class XII Board Exams in all the four streams are from Chandigarh and so is Anad Singh Miglani, who has topped the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) exam by securing 159 marks out of a total of 200.

About 25,800 law aspirants had appeared for CLAT this year in the hope of securing a seat in one of the premier law colleges in India. Anad – son of Punjab cadre IAS officer and a commerce student of Vivek High School at Chandigarh – has topped the exam. He also secured 91% in CBSE Class XII exams this year. Anad’s parents claim that he is a hard working and a self-motivated child. Working diligently towards his goal to become a lawyer, Anad hopes to secure a seat at National Law School, Bangalore.
Another student from Chandigarh, Sarthak Gupta, has brought laurels to the city by securing the 4th All India Rank in CLAT 2012. Like Anad, Sarthak had been preparing for the exams for one and a half years. A student of Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, Sector 27, Sarthak scored 94% in Commerce stream in his CBSE Class XII Board exams.
