GATE 2013 exam results declared!
The results for the GATE 2013 exam conducted between January 20 and February 10, 2013 are out as expected on March 15, 2013. While the online exam was conducted on January 20, the offline exam was held on February 10, 2013.
GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is a national level examination that assesses the comprehensive understanding of various undergraduate subjects in Engineering and Technology.
Aspirants who appeared for the exam can view their results -Marks and All India Rank- on the GATE Online Applicant Website. However, following are the students who would receive a GATE score and will be mailed a scorecard.
- All candidates above OBC (NCL) cut off mark.
- SC/ST/PD Candidates above their category’s cut off mark.

GATE Score:
After the evaluation of the answers, the raw marks obtained by a candidate will be converted to a normalised GATE Score. From 2013 onwards, a new formula will be used to calculate the GATE Score. GATE scores are valid for two years from the date of announcement of the results.
